Frequently Asked Questions And Terms & Conditions

: Starting from August onwards - “Mac Buy & Try” allows you as a customer to purchase a MacBook (MacBook Air / MacBook Pro), and try it for your personal / business usage.

At any point of time, within 30 Calendar Days of your purchase date, if you’re not satisfied with the MacBook you’ve purchased, you may return it to our store, for a refund in the form of “Store Credit” of 100% of the MacBook’s purchase price.
: Only the purchase value of the MacBook.
“Apple Care Protection Plan” or any separated accessories, protection plans or software that is purchased along side the MacBook is not eligible for the refund.
: You can purchase anything in store with the “Store Credit” and it is valid for 1 Year from the date issued.
: Any customer are allowed to sign-up with any MacBook purchase.

Each customer are only allowed to sign-up for this program ONCE per YEAR .
: Yes, you may sign up and pay for the MacBook with an instalment. However, instalment options are limited to Credit / Debit Card instalments.

“Mac for Everyone” is not eligible for the program.
: Any MacBook Air and MacBook Pro.
iMac and Mac mini range are not eligible. Customised Macs are also not eligible.
: Simply return the MacBook to any Switch store for our Sales Crew to perform a simple diagnostics (Cosmetic and Internal) on the MacBook.

The returned MacBook MUST include;
a. The original box
b. The original Power Adapter & Cable
c. Any original Peripherals
Once the diagnostic is performed, the MacBook will be reformatted and memory wiped clean on the spot, for privacy concerns.

Once done, the "Store Credit" refund will be sent to your email directly within 1-2 working days.

"Store Credit" are valid for any purchase within 1 year from the date issued;
: a. CG Computers (Switch) reserves the right to reject any returned MacBook if the returned MacBook;

a1. Does not include the original box, original power adapter & cable or any original peripherals
a2. Does NOT meet the minimum criteria of the Cosmetic condition of the MacBook (i.e Screen cracks or dents etc)
a3. Not able to turn on or has any internal issues.
a3. Have internal parts of the MacBook been removed or replaced.
